The proposed project for the comprehensive regeneration of the historical building 18/19 of the merchant Bykov is located in the central district at the address: 2nd Brestskaya st, 19/18, b. 1 ‚3, 4. The project involves the restoration of Bykov’s house, b. 1, reconstruction of b. 4 with elements of restoration, and also building a new administrative complex with apartments on the site of b. 3. Building 1 on the 2nd Brestskaya st, 19/18 is an identified object of cultural heritage (Apartment building of the merchant V.E. Bykov, 1909, architect L.N. Kekushev). The administrative complex, which includes three buildings, has a common garage with 110 parking spaces. Entrance is from Brestskaya street. The pedestrian entrance is also located on the side of Brestskaya street, across the street or through the arch of Bykov’s house. The entrance area has a multi-luminous space and is covered by a glass dome. It has a recreational function. At the same level is the elevator block, which delivers employees by floors. The architecture of the new building is traditional and does not contrast with the surroundings. Natural materials are used - brick and stone. It combines all three buildings into a single composition.
