Design project of the master plan involves the placement of the designed structures in the context of the existing axes of the alleys in the plan of the historical park. The entrance group of structures is located at the beginning of the main alley. It includes the construction of garages and a residential outbuilding of staff. Sports complex is located on the left side of the alley, house No. 1 is on the right. The alley leads to an artificial lake, where the main facade of house No. 2 opens. The bypass road along the section on the right leads to the guest wings located behind the ravine. House No. 1 is facing with its long facade towards the main alley. Compositional construction (type "Chateau"), supports an open gallery with a pergola on the right side, and a mirror of an artificial pond with a fountain (1st option) or a regular stalls (2nd option). The main entrance is located on the back of the structure. The ground floor of the house (mark 0.000) includes: a living room, a hall, a library, a fireplace, a home kitchen and a dining room. Underground floor (mark -2.000) includes: a hall for receiving guests with access to the front ground, as well as a bar and billiards, located in the same place, a kitchen with maintenance staff and technical rooms of the house. Second floor includes bedrooms with access to the terraces. House No. 2 faces the circular lake with its front facade. The colonnade of the facade forms an open terrace overlooking the water. The main entrance is located in the center of the long facade. At the ground floor level (mark 0.000), through the lobby group we enter the living room. On the right is the home kitchen with the entrance to the main dining room (annex), where there is a kitchen with staff. And on the left - a fireplace lounge with access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. On the second floor there is a block of bedrooms and a library. In the basement there is a pantry and technical rooms. The use of natural materials is a very important element in the existing concept of the complex. The walls are faced with stone and brick. Architectural details maded with stone. Windows - wooded. The roof is metallic. At its core, the exterior solution of the facades is quite classic. Interiors are resolved on flowing asymmetric spaces using large planes of stained glass.
